These General Terms and Conditions of Contract (hereinafter the “T&C”) aim to set forth in a clear, lucid and comprehensive manner, abiding to the principles of good faith and to provisions on the validity of contracts, the terms and conditions governing the relationships between the company and any visitor or/and customer of the site, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on “Consumer Protection” and in particular the provisions regarding distant trading and Law 2472/1997 on “Protection of the individual from processing of Personal Data”, as in force today.
Each and all of your entries, navigations and transactions with the site renders you a visitor or/and customer of the site. Before proceeding to navigating through the site, we ask you to confirm that you have fully read and understood these present T&C and that you accept them; any and all uses or/and transactions hereinafter with the Company through the site presupposes your full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C. These Terms & Conditions, including current prices of the site, shipping details, contact details and return policy, set out the whole of the agreement between the two parties (Company and Customer) relating to the supply of the goods to you by the company. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions. We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please read the terms and check back often before your purchase. If you do not agree with any part of our Terms & Conditions of Use, we advise you to abstain from using our website services. Modifications made to our Terms & Conditions of Use after the placement of your order do not apply to any transactions concerning this order, unless implemented by law. This website is available for personal use only. Any commercial use of this website is strictly prohibited. You hereby accept full responsibility for your use and personal activity on this website. Should you violate any of the Terms & Conditions of Use as quoted here, the Company reserves the right to deny you any access to this website on a temporary or permanent basis.
Personal data
The Company confirms that it will neither use your personal information for any use that is not specifically authorized by you, nor send or disclose said information to third parties (natural or legal entities) not connected with the Company without your explicit and specific consent, except in cases where such disclosure is necessary for the execution of your order (e.g. cooperating shipping companies) or is mandatory by law.
However, for initiation and processing of your transaction with us it is necessary that you notify us of certain personal data, such as your name and surname and your contact details, your payment details (e.g. your credit card number), your shipping address for your order etc.
Under-aged visitors of the site may only have access to it and to its services pursuant to the consent and under the supervision of their parents or their guardians and are under no obligation to submit their own personal data. In the event of submission of such data by under-aged persons, the Company immediately deletes all such relevant data/information.
The site allows to visitors/customers to have access to the file where their personal data have been collected and stored as per the above and allows them to rectify, delete, amend and supplement the data and information they have submitted.
Security/ Links

In this case, we clarify that the company and the site have no liability whatsoever as regards the contents of these linked websites and their use by visitors/customers since these are outside of the site and beyond the company’s control. The indication of such links does not imply a statement by the Company as far as the reliability, security and contents of these links are concerned, nor for the services and products provided through them, and the connection to these links are carried out on the sole responsibility of the visitors/customers. For this reason, for any issue that may arise during your surfing on these linked sites or in connection with your transactions with them, please contact directly the administrators thereof, which are exclusively liable for these websites.

All orders are subject to availability and all items contained in your cart are also at the disposal of other users until your purchase is completed.
Your order is completed at the cart page. In the cart you can view all the products selected in full detail. You can remove any of the products just by clicking on the ‘’REMOVE’’ button and then ‘’UPDATE CART’’.
When you have decided on your order, please click on ‘’PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’’ having selected the delivery method of your preference in order to be informed about the delivery costs and the total amount of your order. You may then click on the next page ‘’CHECKOUT’’, entering the required data in the form ‘BILLING INFORMATION’. Should the billing address be any different from the ‘’SHIPPING INFORMATION’’, click on the relative choice and enter the information where you want the product shipped. In this case, you cannot select Cash on delivery as a payment method. The above information is required even if you choose to pick up the order from the store. In the window ‘’REVIEW ORDER’’ you will have the opportunity to confirm your information.
Below are the available delivery and payment methods for your order:
A. Courier service- shipping cost set at 5,00 € for Greece and 15 € worldwide.

- CASH ON DELIVERY (with an extra charge of 2,00 €) (ONLY for Greece)
Orders’ processing, shipping and delivery are executed on a daily basis excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
By selecting PayPal as a method of payment, you will be automatically transferred to the PayPal page to complete the transaction and pay for the order. PayPal is the best-known, secure and trusted mediator for Online Transactions. Transactions made through PayPal are governed by the PayPal Terms & Conditions.
Having selected this payment method, after placing your order you are automatically transferred to the safe environment of ePOS Pay center of the National Bank of Greece. In this page you have to enter all the data required, namely card number, expiration month/year, three-digit verification code, cardholder name/ surname, following the instructions and then you submit the order so that your card is immediately charged. These data are not registered to the Company’s website, but they are processed by the National Bank of Greece according to its terms of transactions, which you accept since you select this payment method.
With the use of SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) for safe online transactions, all the information of the card registered during this procedure are transferred through the internet via an encryption technology so they cannot be read or changed during their transfer.

In the field “ORDER COMMENTS” you can leave a comment in regard to colors and/or sizes, if you wish for a specification. In the same field please note if you want a sales invoice.
Since the company is headquartered in Thessaloniki, Greece all our transactions are in Euros (€) and you will be billed in Euros.
If your card or your bank account is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
When your order is complete, you will receive an e-mail with a link that confirms your account and from this link you can check the status of your order. It is mandatory to confirm your account otherwise your order cannot be verified, completed and shipped to you.

For deliveries in Greece our company collaborates with ELTA Courier Porta-Porta. If you want your shipment delivered with another courier company then you have to bear the shipping costs and you don’t have the option of Cash on delivery. In case you want delivery with a Courier Company other than ELTA Courier then leave a comment at the field ‘’ORDER COMMENTS’’.
For deliveries worldwide our company collaborates with ELTA.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case:
-we do not receive a payment authorization
-we cannot deliver your order to the designated address
-you have not agreed to our site’s Terms & Conditions of Use
-one or more of the ordered items was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within one (1) day from the completion of your order. We will inform you via e-mail or call you to let you know when you will be refunded in your card or bank account depending on the way you have paid the order. In case you have selected another payment method we will contact you to confirm the cancellation of your order.
If you choose to receive your order on Cash on delivery, you are obligated to collect your order or else it will be cancelled. The company has the right to check your data and refuse to accept orders from you in case you have refused to collect an order in the past without having informed us in a timely matter.
Repudiation / Return– Replacement of Products
a. You are entitled to repudiate without due cause from the contract and return the purchased products being necessarily accompanied by the repudiation form that you will find in our website within 14 calendar days from the day your order was delivered. In case of product return and subject to the condition that they have been received and checked by Mi madas ti margarita, the company is obliged to refund you with the amount paid within 30 working days from the day your order was delivered, via the same method of payment selected when the order was placed. The client bears any reimbursement costs.
b. You have the right to return the purchased products and ask for their replacement with other products or ask for the reimbursement of the purchase price: a) In all cases when you received other or substantially different products from your order with our proven fault. b) In all cases when you received a product, proven to be defective, or if missing an agreed specification, the product is within the warranty and covered by it. Return costs are paid by the company. The company is obliged to refund you in case of missing an agreed specification or of a defect in the product caused by its fault, thus not responsible for slight negligence.
c. You have the right to return the purchased products and request to be changed with another product/s equal to, or higher, than the initial amount paid within 28 calendar days from the order delivery provided that the product that is to be exchanged is intact and not used. Changes on goods that have been acquired by changing another product are not allowed. During the delivery we recommend that you personally check the product delivered to you and confirm that its packaging remains intact.
All the above refer to a product not prior subject to personalized order, like for instance wedding rings, or conversions or product that does not exist in our catalog and has been made for you after a special order.
Specifically about return/ replacement you must have:
1. The product to be replaced/ repaired must be accompanied by the original receipt of payment.
2.The product to be replaced/ repaired must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer, full equipment without damage, and their original packaging in excellent condition, accompanied by all the documents which were shipped with the product (e.g. sales invoice or receipt)
3. The product to be replaced must not be used.
Delay or problem during processing the order
During periods of extreme weather phenomena or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the shipping and the delivery of your order, the company is obliged to contact you and inform you about the upcoming delay.
In case a problem occurs with your order, either in relation to the product or the payment, and it is impossible to contact you, by telephone and / or by e-mail e.g. your contact data is not properly updated then your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded with the amount paid.
Right of Return / Replacement
In the case of a real defect, the purchaser is alternatively entitled without any charge to: (a) repair of the product or (b) its replacement or (c) a price - defective reduction in price or (d) withdrawal from the sale.

The consumer has the right to demand without charge the repair or replacement of the product if:
• The order is executed incorrectly, ie delivery other than the order or wrong quantity or defective product or damaged packaging.
• The consumer contacts the store within 48 hours upon receipt of the product at 2310221102 or at info@mimadastimargarita.gr to highlight the problem and approve its return.
• In the case of a product which does not correspond to the order, it has not been used and is in its packaging in the state received.
• In any case the product should be returned with all original accompanying documents (receipt or sales invoice accompanied by delivery note) and in its original packaging.
• Refunds are made with the shipping company that we will indicate to our customer and any additional charges will burden the store.
Return of products that are defective or missing an agreed specification during delivery or are others or substantially different from the ordered will be accepted within (14) calendar days from the day they have been received.
